Check out the list of locations and dates on the right hand side of the screen for updated event listings.
As always we will be vending at La Retama Park this September 6th at the Corpus Christi Downtown Artwalk. This Artwalk is special...I am at the park and at Studio C! Please visit both locations on your tour of the Downtown Artwalk! You can find more information at http://www.artwalkcc.com . I suggest that you sign up for the Artwalk newsletter on this site. It gives event specific information for each monthly artwalk.
I am one of the exhibiting artists for the months of September, October, and November at Studio C Gallery in Corpus Christi, Texas. Here is their website: http://www.studiocgallery.com/ It is a lovely gallery situated inside the Art Center of Corpus Christi on Corpus Christi Bay. Here is a picture they recently posted on their facebook page: My art jewelry is located in the middle of the wall on the left side of the picture. You can see my signature flowers!
I have a soft spot in my heart for the work the good folks at The Ark Assessment Center & Emergency Shelter for Youth in Corpus Christi, Texas do. I am a middle school reading teacher by day and have worked with a number for kids who have lived temporarily at this center. Time and time again I have seen the staff go the extra mile to help these children. I was approached to donate for a fundraiser gala for this group. I am honored to be able to help! You can find info on their website: http://www.ark4kids.com/ . Here are the pieces I created for the Gala: The Ark Gala is September 12, 2013 at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Robstown, Texas.
